3H Farm Tour

Welcome to Our Sustainable Farm in Pleiku

Join us for a relaxing 3-hour journey through our sustainable farm in the heart of Pleiku, Vietnam. We begin by welcoming you with a traditional Vietnamese experience – brewing a delicious cup of Phin coffee together. You’ll learn how to prepare it step by step and enjoy the unique flavor of our own locally grown and processed beans.

After coffee, we will take a walk through the farm, where you’ll receive a brief introduction to our sustainable agriculture practices and how we care for the environment while growing high-quality crops.

We will then explore our vegetable and herb garden, where you can see, smell, and taste fresh produce directly from the farm. The tour continues at our nursery, home to our young vanilla plants, where you’ll learn how they are grown and nurtured.

To finish the experience, we will enjoy a simple and authentic lunch together with our farm workers – a chance to relax, talk, and experience local farm life firsthand.

We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and sharing our passion for sustainable agriculture and good coffee.

We will also introduce key methods such as composting, using cover crops, and improving soil life naturally.

In the afternoon, you will join our nursery team to learn and practice plant propagation, including how we care for young seedlings and vanilla plants. This is a hands-on experience where you will work directly with the plants.

To end the day, we will come together to prepare and cook a shared meal. This gives us time to relax, exchange experiences, and enjoy the flavors of our farm together.

2-Day Coffee and Sustainable Farming Workshop

Join us for an immersive two-day experience on our sustainable farm in Pleiku, Vietnam, where you will discover the full journey of coffee – from soil to cup.

Day 1 – Sustainable Agriculture & Farm Experience

The first day begins with a warm welcome and a traditional Phin coffee brewing session. You will learn how to prepare Vietnamese drip coffee and enjoy it freshly brewed with beans from our farm.

Afterward, we start our farm tour, where we explore the basics of sustainable agriculture. You will learn:

  • What plants need to grow

  • The meaning of NPK and how nutrients work

  • The differences between organic and chemical fertilizers

  • Whether chemical fertilizers are harmful and how to use them responsibly

  • How regenerative practices improve soil health naturally

We will also cover composting, soil biology, and the benefits of cover crops.
The tour continues through our vegetable and herb garden and our vanilla nursery, where you will experience the diversity of crops on the farm. In the afternoon, you will join our nursery team to learn hands-on plant propagation techniques.

The day ends with cooking and enjoying a farm-fresh dinner together, sharing stories and experiences from the farm.

Day 2 – From Cherry to Specialty Coffee

On the second day, we shift the focus to coffee. We start the morning by learning how to brew coffee using the V60 pour over. You will discover the basics of extraction, grind size, pouring technique, and how each element affects flavour.

Then we head into the coffee fields for a practical introduction to coffee farming. You’ll learn how coffee grows, what affects quality in the field, and the importance of harvesting fully ripe cherries. Each participant will pick around 5 kg of ripe cherries.

After returning from the farm, we enter the processing area, where we explore how Specialty coffee is processed differently from commodity coffee. You will see and understand each step—from sorting and fermentation to drying and storing.

This part of the workshop is hands-on: participants will start fermenting their freshly picked cherries and experience the first steps in transforming ripe fruit into high-quality coffee.

We look forward to sharing two meaningful days of coffee, learning, farming, and connection with you on our sustainable farm.
